Taking into account the environment in which the satellite is more severe,PCU must have high reliability,stability,high life expectancy,etc.,during operation on orbit.Saber-based circuit emulation presents an optimal manner-Shunt module parameters design,implementation BDR robust design.Circuit has been optimized,build and analysis,modeling and optimization of circuit controlOn one hand,shunt module and charging part in both architectures are analyzed,simulated and optimized.Firstly,through comparative analysis of configuration options,I choose 42 V bus voltage to output bus full field adjustment.Secondly,S3 R,S4R build circuit schematics and circuit;with parameter determination method to achieve the optimal design of S3R;By Saber simulation,circuit optimization is verified after the stable,especially bus voltage can be maintained at 42 ± 0.5V;When the BCR input voltage is 41 ~ 43 V,the output voltage is maintained at 35 ± 0.3V.Finally,the analysis carried S4 R principle and explore charging.This provides direction and meaning for the study of the future S4 R.On the other hand,the BDR circuit is used for simulation and optimization of robust design;Firstly,by comparing the main power boost topology circuit with high-efficiency discharge module,HE-Boost topology main structure is used for satellite controllers;Then,in view of the main researches topology structure is less,from the design point of view,the small signal modeling and analysis;Thirdly,through the circuit robust design,circuit design to achieve a single module;With the Monte Carlo analysis,reliability has been verified;the fault simulation analysis is used in three modules in parallel discharge regulation circuit.Finally,in order to verify the stability of the circuit theory on the PCU S3 R part of the module,the analysis and optimization of state after the circuit.Circuits are built and tested...
