The satellites enterprise develop vigorously from the successfully launching of"East is red1" in China. Our country have developed and launched50different seriesof satellites from now on. Including remote-sensing satellites, communicationsatellites, navigation satellites, meteorological satellites, ocean satellites, resourcessatellites and so onDetectors need to install a wide variety of precision scientific instruments toachieve the first lunar soft landing and lunar surface exploration according to thesecond phase of Lunar Exploration Project requirements. And the Electrical powersystem is needed to guarantee the detectors operate normally. Because of the limitedLaunch vehicle’s carrying ability it is need lighter weight, smaller size to ensure thatthe detector is able to reach the moon at the latitude of380,000km.It is widely used high-frequency&efficiency switching regulator technology andhighly integrated components to further improve efficiency and reduce the loss of heatconsumption, volume, and weight at current international. And the structure isdesigned in modular and pluggable, integrated power devices to light and compact thedetectors. But there are obvious gaps in system design, system integration, applicationof computer technology and switching technology applications as well as the level ofcontrol, the level of technology and other aspects when compared with foreignaerospace developed countries.This paper focuses on the applications in deep space exploration satelliteplatform features of satellite power controller. On the basis of deeply analysis of thenew power controller’s power supply as well as the weight and volume requirements.At the same time, combing the domestic power controller technology researches,proposes a new power controller lightweight technology. Conditions to ensure productreliability and Further reduce product weight、volume of the products, at the sametime optimizing the production process. Optimize the design of the power supplycontroller internal to improve the power weight ratio of the power controller. Theoptimization of circuit, technology, structure and other aspects makes achieving newpower controller technology to enhance the level of indicators and development.Finally, Reaches the purpose of the new power controller with volume weightreduction product performance and reliable technical level. Establishment of the high utilization, lightweight power supply system hasuniversal significance for deep space probes, and huge economic and social benefits.The design and development technology of satellite product has started to achieve ahigh degree of modularity, integration, series production. With the on-board electronicequipment research and technological development. Module integration has beendesigned as a large-scale production towards one of the most important ways thecountries in the world. The lightweight design is the important way to make Satelliteplatform to serialization and satellite lighter.
