Study On Intensive Design Of Warehouse Type Car Pool

With the continuous development of urban economy,fast increase of city car amount every year,especially the continuous increase of private car amount,the method of car parking changed from simple ground parking to underground and space parking,from single layer to multiple high layers.Facing the continuous increase of market demand,the car logistics industry in China also developed rapidly.The plain type stockyard layout in the past can no longer meet the growing economic needs.Tianjin port is an important port of foreign trade and comprehensive port in China,and an important hub of transportation,plays a key role in international logistics and international shipping.In Beijing-Tianjin area,car industry is fast developed,car production and consumption amount increase each year,so there is huge potential to develope ro-ro terminal.But with the rapid increase of ro-ro business,the problems of lack of car storage capacity in hinterland,backward of logistics value-adding and service facilities,poor condition of port transporting are gradually revealed,these can hardly meet with the demand of future development,especially high-grade-car storage demand.Therefore it is urgent to build warehouse type ro-ro terminal multiple-layer car pool with intensive design in order to improve port logistics condition.This paper studies warehouse type ro-ro terminal multiple-layer car pool,it is different from ordinary building type independent parking building.warehouse type ro-ro terminal multiple-layer car pool is more effected by surrounding environment i.e.ro-ro terminal operation than the building type independent parking building.Also,it is different from traditional plain type stockyard layout,warehouse type ro-ro terminal multiple-layer car pool is more complicated in function dividing,space layout,procedure and stream line design,it must have detailed calculation and practice,using intensive design idea,combining terminal operation procedure,so as to construct the green building in order to effectively improve productivity,increase profit.Therefore after understanding the background of warehouse type car pool,this paper mainly discusses car ro-ro terminal layout,function,business procedure and stockyard operation.Introducing intensive design idea,basing on two levels of planning and construction,to analyze and compare relevant parameters of warehouse type car pool,in order to realize maximum using of storage space,provide a new way to solve many contradictions in port industry.At last,this paper using the real case of Tianjin Port Global Ro-ro Terminal multiple-layer car pool project,demonstrates the intensive design of warehouse type car pool,sums up the characteristics and relevant technical measures of warehouse type multiple-layer car pool in ro-ro terminal,provides certain practical reference for building ro-ro terminal warehouse type multiple-layer car pool in port in the future.
