The multi-layer shuttle-carrier intensive warehouse(referred to as multi-layer shuttle-carrier warehouse)system is a new intensive storage system in recent years,which has the advantages of high integration,large storage capacity and strong expansion,so its development is more and more rapid,and its proportion in the logistics and storage industry is also growing.Multi layer multi layer shuttle carrier warehouse reduces the proportion of space occupied by the roadway,increases the utilization rate of space,and realizes the intensive arrangement of storage goods.The overall stability of the shelves,the efficiency of goods in and out of the warehouse and the energy consumption of the system should be taken into account in the dense layout of goods.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Model construction of multi-objective sub channel loads layout.Considering the overall stability of the shelves,the efficiency of goods in and out of the warehouse and the energy consumption of the system,a multi-objective sub channel loads layout model is established with these three factors as the influencing factors.(2)Select the appropriate optimization algorithm according to the established model.According to the established model,Pareto based multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm is selected to solve the above model.(3)Solve the model.The simulation software MATLAB is used to solve the example of the model.It is proved that the multi-layer shuttle carrier warehouse system can improve the working efficiency of the storage system on the premise of considering the stability of the shelf system and the energy consumption of the system,and the validity of the model and algorithm is verified.(4)Through AutoMod,the dynamic simulation of the instance is solved.The simulation software AutoMod is used to dynamically simulate the arrangement of goods in the sub channel.The rationality of the arrangement of goods in the sub channel is verified by analyzing the operation time of shuttle and carrier,and the operation efficiency of the system can be improved.
