In order to solve the serious environmental pollution faced by today,to break fossil energy dilemma,to meet the growing energy demand,to clean energy instead of fossil energy is imperative,and electric vehicles is the core of energy substitution,it is the important way of transportation power electrification transformation,thus to promote the development of electric vehicle industry is of great significance.The development of electric vehicles can not be separated from the support of charging facilities,so the realization of the interconnection of charging information is particularly important.In this paper,we propose a charging reservation recommendation algorithm for road networks.The algorithm implements the recommendation of the charging pile list to the users.It is derived from the idea of Dijkstra algorithm,which is improved on the basis of TDFP algorithm.The continuous time parameter of TDFP algorithm is changed to discrete time,and the DTDFP algorithm is obtained.When the users requests the query,it obtains the current time,The weight of the path is updated,and then the list of charging piles at the current time in the region is calculated,and the accuracy and response time of the DTDFP algorithm are verified through experiments.MulPCF recommendation algorithm based on the traditional collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm,it increases the charging pile failure rate,time and location to predict the users’ charging pile score,fully considering the different time and place the same charging piles of different service conditions(The same charging pile failure rate is the same).At the same time,the correctness of the comparison between MulPCF algorithm and traditional cooperative filtering algorithm is verified.Then,the DTDFP algorithm and MulPCF algorithm are combined with the mathematical formula to give the charging reservation recommendation algorithm.Finally,the algorithm of charging reservation recommendation is applied to the charging service system based on Internet of Vehicles,which realizes the functions of charging reservation function’s server and client and vehicle-terminal sub-module.
