In the current rapid development of urbanization,the upgrade of e-commerce and the improvement of residents’ living standards,resulting in a surge in the demand for transportation,the number and scale of transport vehicles are constantly increasing,resulting in vehicle congestion,air pollution,noise pollution and other urban problems.Electric vehicles have the advantages of small emission and low energy consumption,and play a positive role in alleviating the problems brought by urban traffic.However,electric vehicle research and development technology needs to be upgraded,and currently faces difficulties such as low driving range and long charging time.In addition,under the social background of the continuous advancement of urban development,it is difficult to balance the transportation and charging of electric vehicles in practice due to the limited power resources and short service time window of customers.To solve this problem,it is necessary to deeply analyze the characteristics of electric vehicles,proceed with the problems encountered in the actual charging of vehicles,and scientifically and reasonably plan the transportation service path,so as to improve the driving range of electric vehicles,alleviate the problem of charging difficulty,and effectively reduce the total transportation cost.In view of this,this paper combines theory with practice to conduct in-depth research on the optimal path of electric vehicles based on charging reservation.The main work is as follows:(1)Analysis of relevant theoretical knowledge of electric vehicles.This paper describes in detail the characteristics of electric vehicles compared with fuel vehicles,in-depth analysis of the current situation and policy environment of electric vehicles,expounds the development of vehicle routing problem research and the applicable scope and advantages and disadvantages of related algorithms,Outlines the main charging methods of electric vehicles and the concept of charging reservation service,laying a solid theoretical foundation for the establishment of the model.(2)Construction and solution of the optimal path problem model for electric vehicles with charging reservation service under the background of TOU.Starting from the economic benefits of transportation service enterprises,under the mechanism of time-of-electricity price,taking electric vehicles’ charging reservation service as the background,comprehensively considering the constraints of customers’ time window,charging reservation expectation,electric quantity and so on,a routing model of electric vehicles with the minimum total transportation cost was constructed.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the model,the genetic algorithm suitable for the model is designed.In order to improve the solving efficiency of the model,the local search operation and the recombination operation are added.(3)The rationality and feasibility of the model are verified by solving the example.Sioux Falls road network is regarded as the research object of the example,and the model established in this paper is applied to this problem.Comparing and analyzing the results under different situations of time-of-electricity price: charging reservation service,non-charging reservation service,non-uniform hourly electricity price and different partial charging strategies,it proves that the existence of charging reservation service can effectively reduce the total transportation cost,thus improving the economic benefits of enterprise operators.
