In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy and the remarkable improvement of the industrialization level.Atmospheric dust,acid rain,the greenhouse effect and the destruction of the ozone layer has become the four killers that endanger the survival of the people.And the harmful substances such as soot,sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides are the root causes of air pollution,acid rain and greenhouse effect.In our country,about 2/3 of power generation comes from coal-fired power plants,and harmful substances such as sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides are mainly produced by coal combustion process.With the technological maturity of the control of soot and sulfur dioxide and the denitration,how to effectively control nitrogen oxides pollution has become the focus of attention.This is also in line with the national policy to change from a single target to control the total amount of pollutants,to improve the environmental quality and control the total amount of pollutants.In this context,the new thermal power plants generally use the units with high thermal efficiency and high parameters.These units use the latest energy-saving equipment,and equip with a complete dust removal,desulfurization and denitrification device.For the unit has been running,we upgrade the ignition device,dust removal equipment,economizer,condenser,steam turbine,etc.,and install desulfurization and denitrification devices.This paper takes #6 unit of the three phase project of Dalate power plant as the object of the study,and analyses the background and significance of the research briefly.The paper puts forward the integrated denitrification scheme which combined low nitrogen combustion with SCR flue gas denitrification.We carried out the feasibility study of comprehensive denitration.Then the Installation,commissioning and performance analysis of denitration project were carried out.Finally,through the low nitrogen burners renovation and addition of a high ash type selective catalytic reduction(SCR)denitration device.The NO_X emissions of air preheater outlet(boiler denitration device entrance)are controlled within 100mg/Nm~3 from about 450 to 850mg/Nm~3,which achieved the desired goal.
