In this paper,principle,emission characteristics of pulverized coal in the furnace from the flue gas emissions of nitrogen oxides from combustion process,and the need to reduce nitrogen oxide emissions in the boiler in power plant process,analyzes the coal volatile,combustion temperature and oxygen content in the process of influence of nitrogen oxide emissions of NO_x,In order to reduce the amount of NO_x generated during the operation of boilers,Shengli Power Plant four units the overhaul opportunity on the burner,two times the air distribution of equipment in our factory,after the transformation of #3,#4 boiler under different operating conditions,using the equipment,coal and other conditions,combined with the theory of knowledge,made a few NO_x test,by comparing the experimental data collection,determine the appropriate allocation of power,wind,wind two times and the ratio of coal pulverizing system,that how to adjust the effective conclusion of reducing NO_x formation in the process of boiler operation,in order to further reduce the NO_x formation in the combustion process,combustion adjustment,provide a theoretical basis for the technology guidance for the operation personnel of boiler.
