Highpressurewaterjetisanewtechnologydevelopedinrecentyears.Comparedwithothercleaningmethods,itmoreandmoregetsthewideattentionofpeoplebecauseofitscharacteristics,suchasenergysaving,environmentalprotectionandhighefficiency.Insomedevelopedcountries,highpressurewaterjet cleaninghasbecomethemainstreamincleaningindustry.The hydrauliccylinders are important actuator in the hydraulic system. They are widely used in variousfields and play an irreplaceable role. In the production of hydraulic cylinder, the cleaningof hydraulic cylinder is an indispensable key working procedure. The cleaningperformance directly affects the working of the hydraulic cylinder and even the workingoperation of the whole machine. Therefore, the research on the cleaning system ofhydraulic cylinder is of great significance.Inthispaper,thecleaningmethodofhydrauliccylinderusetheformofhighpressurewaterjetcleaning,andthecleaningspraysystemforhydrauliccylinderisstudied.First of all, the spray cleaning system was designed according to the system pressure,and the system working principle and its related components were introduced. Accordingto the structure characteristics of the cylinder and the nozzle design principles, thestructure of the nozzle was designed and the theoretical calculation on parameters of thenozzle was executed.Secondly, the three-dimensional geometric model of nozzle was established, and thenmeshed the nozzle internal and external flow field. Arranged the project of the numericalsimulation of the nozzle, and use Fluent software to simulate and study on flow field. Byanalyzing the results of simulation and studying the flow speed changing law of the flowfield inside and outside the nozzle, the optimal values of key parameters of the nozzlewere obtained.Finally, in order to analyzethe flow ripple in spray system, the AMESim simulationmodel of the whole system was established. Bysetting different inflation pressure of thesystem accumulator andanalyzing the simulation result of the flow diagram, the bestaccumulator charging pressure value was obtained. The result of this topic provides theory basis for subsequent design improvementsforhydraulic cylinder spray cleaning system, and also provides a certain referencefor othertypes of nozzle study.
