Research On The Evaluation Of Shanghai Old Town Area Environmental Improvement

Based on the environmental renovation project of Shanghai old town area,through the research of the historical street area protection,landscape resource assessment,environmental renovation and other aspects of the literature,This paper reference to the theoretical system of Post-Occupancy Evaluation(POE),using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Questionnaire Survey,trying to use visual psychology theory for the construction of the evaluation system of historic street area environment:The research summarizes the street building appearance,street space,street environment image quality,historical and cultural heritage of a total of 4 levels including 20 impact indexes of visual assessment,calculating the weight ratio of impact indexes,The research data show that,for the historic district,maintaining the historical and cultural heritage and maintaining the modern life atmosphere has an important impact on the visual quality assessment of the old town area of Shanghai.According to the importance degree of index ranking,constructs the evaluation model and applied to the evaluation of the example,which is the visual quality assessment of several old town streets area in Shanghai.Based on the evaluation results,check the image improvement,visual effects and deficiencies after environment renovated,and to examine the advantages and limitations of existing evaluation system and model constructionThe core of this paper is to try to apply the theory of visual psychology to the construction of the evaluation system of the historic district environment,The objective of this study is to explore a method for the evaluation environmental quality after the renovation of old town area in Shanghai,after the renovation of the from the visual angle of constructing suitable historical visual quality assessment system and evaluation model,and try to apply it to the environmental remediation project is underway for post evaluation.This research also hopes to construct the evaluation model,visual quality assessment of the Post-Occupancy old town streets area environment,analyze the assessment results and feed back to the planning,design,construction,management and other departments,in order to obtain practical research value.
