Research On The Overall Planning Of Shangnan Tea Cultural Industrial Parkabstract

The tea industry has become the leading and the pillar industry of rural poverty in Shangnan county.However,a new question in front of the national government and people is how to transform and upgrade the traditional tea industry,reduce the rate of expansion and meanwhile improve the tea production efficiency through the connotation for extended reproduction and at last make people completely free from poverty in Shangnan.Study and development on tea culture being request were put on the agenda.This study has put forward the idea on how to build specific tea cultural industrial park in Shangnan,and makes a brief analysis and discussion,in order to draw out of others more valuable opinions upon promoting tea culture and economy.It could be a positive practical significance and application value for promoting the construction of Shangnan tea cultural industrial park.The planning is 5700 mu of total area,and 10 years as a planning period.Planning principles are: suiting local conditions and highlighting the theme;cultural integration and brand strategy;farmers participation and precision poverty alleviation;ecological priority and sustainable development;rolling development and orderly propelling.The development mentality is: leisure upgrading,industry convergence and integration development;resource finding,experience meeting and differentia development;ecological protection,rational development and sustainable development;project driving,farmers participation and precision poverty alleviation.Overall location: Yuquanming Manor.Image positioning: Sihao tea garden,Seclusion life;living in the mountains for a seclusion life,and taste with your heart.Functional orientation: function is a formation that tea industry as the pointcut,community sharing economy as a model,a cluster function of integration of three industrial.Industrial orientation: organic tea and natural ecological landscape as the foundation;feature catering and country home-stay as the hardware;the cultural experience and vacation with drinking tea as the core;sightseeing,picking and processing experience as assistant.The development goal is to build provincial leisure agriculture and rural tourism demonstration sites,national organic tea standard demonstration garden in the early future.In the medium and long term,the provincial tea culture tourism resort and the national leisure agriculture and rural tourism demonstration sites will be built.The space layout is as follow: “one axis,three zones,four hubs and multi nodes”.Tea culture landscape is the axis.The three areas are poetic tea garden sightseeing area,tea therapy and regimen resort,tea processing experience area.Four hubs are Yuquanming tea culture square,guest houses,quiet and seclusion residence and Yuquan field.And the formation of miniature landscape node is feature landscape and functional projects.Besides,our research also major on the partition project planning,product system planning,brand marketing planning,green space and landscape system planning,infrastructure planning,support and security system planning as well as development timing and investment benefit analysis.
