With the rapid development of modern economy in China,the urban office area has shifted from the original decentralized layout to centralized distribution.This development trend makes the office activities in the city gradually concentrated in the geographical space,thus forming a new urban industrial agglomeration area which is named the urban office area.This is the inevitable trend of the rapid development of modern office industry,and also the inevitable outcome of the high-end development of the city.At present,China's office area mode has broken the traditional mode of development.China's office areaincludes not only the commercial office area,but also the shopping area,entertainment area and other modules,whichgradually makes the traditional single function of the office area turn to new various functions such as urban complex.This article,based on this background,focus on how to make the business office space landscape and urban core areas to achieve functional cohesion and coordinated development,to make this new city public space better play its municipal functions.This study deals with the current status of the research on the urban commercial office space landscape design and elaborated respectively regarding the city commercial office area landscape related concept limits from the two aspects of urban business district and office space landscape.At the same time,the use of space subject structure is analyzedbased on the functional characteristics of urban commercial office space,and then makes clear the needs of space landscape users.Finally,the theories of environmental psychology,spatial cognition and place spirit are analyzed,combined with the relevant domestic and foreign classical case interpretation,to summed up a series of how to create functional urban commercial space landscape design principles.From the analysis of environmental psychology,we can get the demand of communication and private space.Therefore,designers should create a good atmosphere for the rest area in the landscape design of office area.From the point of view of spatial cognition and place theory,the spatial perception tendency of human being is analyzed.Therefore,in the design of urban spatial landscape,the recognition of landmarks,roads and other cognitive maps should be highlighted.In combination with the design practice of site investigation,the application of the theory in design practice are summarized.A successful landscape city business office area design should be able to give the user a good environment to stimulate,and it can reflect the characteristics of the city and the region in the landscape pattern.
