This article mainly to Thermal insulation-Determination of steady-state thermal transmission properties-pipe insulation apparatus in the specification for the design standards,based on the Fourier's Law as the theoretical basis,and the new type of testing device for nuclear power station is designed and built by using the method of circular pipe.Metering device based on the heat preservation of the coolant in the nuclear reactor,the insulation performance of new metal nuclear power pipe insulation products of the partner company(due to technical confidentiality agreement should not give the actual name)was tested.The metering device is composed of four parts: test pipe part,temperature control part,data acquisition part and computer data processing system.The test pipe is divided into intermediate section and left and right protection section.When the test temperature is 400?,the maximum temperature difference between the upper and lower temperature of the pipeline is within 10? and the temperature difference between the measuring section and the protective section is less than 4?.Pipeline internal heating device can be used to withstand long-term load of electric heating tube,connected to the 380 v AC power to the test temperature.Temperature control part of the selection of the standard thermocouple wire nickel-chromium-nickel silicon thermocouple(k type)(qualified by the Quality Inspection and Supervision Bureau)and Intelligent temperature control meter.They can automatically adjust to set the temperature and maintain the stability of the system.In the data acquisition part,the high precision Agilent data acquisition instrument is used to realize the real-time data acquisition and processing.The computer data processing system is based on the database host computer monitoring software processing system,which can realize the data real-time display,storage and thermal conductivity calculation.The test bed was placed in a thermostatic chamber at an ambient temperature of40?,by testing the thermal conductivity of the standard test piece of calcium silicate board,the test temperature is divided into 150?,200? and 250? three conditions.Respectively,the corresponding test error of 1.12%,1.01%,1.04%.The reproducibilityerrors obtained by two reproducibility tests were 0.48%,0.57%,1.67%,which are within the range of 2% of the allowable test of the repeatability test.The temperature of the new metal insulation material is divided into 200?,250?,300 ?,350 ? and 400 ? five conditions.The thermal conductivity at different temperature and different thickness was measured,by choosing 170 mm and 200 mm two kinds of thickness of the test product.The linear regression equation of the thermal conductivity of the product is obtained through the repeated test.The test completed the successful construction of the measuring device test bed,and through the actual thermal pipe insulation material system testing,fully embodied the practical value of the metering device,which can provide a scientific basis for the study of the use of products.
