Railway system,as the lifeline of the national economy,whether it can run safely and stably is directly related to the development of the economy and the safety of the passengers.The stability and the reliability of the pantograph-catenary system are basic guarantees of the electric locomotive.Therefore,a kind of technology is urgently needed to achieve the daily operation monitoring between the pantograph and catenary.The infrared thermal imaging temperature measurement technology with its non-contact,fast response speed,high precision,large measuring range and convenient operation can meet the testing requirements of pantograph-catenary operation state very well,in addition,using this technology is good for the late contact line maintenance.The thesis focuses on how to install the imager,realize the transmission of the temperature detection image and reduce the image noise.According to the theory of finite element,contact wire and pantograph model are established using ANSYS,and analyzes the setting problems affecting thermography to detect error parameters of catenary temperature detection in the process of the simulation and physical experiment results show that the transmittance and emissivity set an important role to reduce measurement error,and the analysis of the thermal imager in the roof of the installation position and angle,results show that the thermal imager installed near the the roof is a lower position,the measurement result is more accurate,for the transmission of infrared image to achieve the pantograph of the cab,to train personnel monitoring by observing the image temperature information to judge the contact state between catenary and pantograph,this paper through the hardware and software design of short distance wireless communication WIFI.In addition,according to the TiPLM SDK provided by the large vertical technology,the infrared thermal image playback software is designed to analyze the acquisition images lately;the experiment of the electric field and magnetic field between the pantograph and catenary is complex in the operation process of the train,so the noise would affect the image shot by the imager,reduce the quality of the image and the temperature measurement accuracy.A new threshold function is proposed in the paper based on wavelet de-noising theory for image de-noising,and the de-noising effect was proved notable by the experiment.
