The evaluation methodology of engine mount's vibration isolation through measure vibration acceleration on both ends of the mount and calculate its transmissibility for evaluation of mount's vibration isolation performance.This method is unfit for road test,The paper is intended for test method's defect and carry out research,design a test method that can measure bearing reaction of engine mount directly,and made “force sensor of mount”,set up test system and finish road test.The research take a 2007 Zunchi car as the research object.The paper design the overall scheme of the test system at first,which take “counteracting force method” as the basic principle that is used commonly in indoor test and take strain measurement principle as the core.Then carried out simulation analysis on the test vehicle engine mounting structure and formulate design scheme of sensor that is pasting strain gage in mount connection bolt.Make the “force sensor of mount” by purchasing,subcontract,and pasting strain gage.And then set up test system for vehicle by choosing dynamic strain gauge,combined signal conditioning instrument,data acquisition card,notebook computer,inverter and other test equipment.After that,install and debug test system in test car and carry on physical calibration for the whole test system.Then using the test system do no-load test on the lifting machine,and finish 24 kinds of driving road test in the end.After experimental verification,this paper's test method is feasible and test system is successful.The paper found there is phase difference in front and rear mount's dynamic force in the test and the phase difference decreases with the increase of engine torque.The study found that the phenomenon indicates the engine's instantaneous center is not collocate with the crankshaft center when engine working,and the acceleration measurement method is unable to find the phenomenon.The research of this paper has a certain reference for the design of engine mounting and layout in the vehicle.
