The traditional road planning and design method puts one-sided emphasis on street traffic demand and overlooks the life activities inherent demand,which leads to the imbalance of street space resource allocation and following traffic problem.In the view of this,this paper puts forward a street space planning method based on the street two-dirmensional fuction of traffic and living space,which expands the traditional street planning theory that prominents traffic demand and avianizes pedestrian demand.The study can bring reference and inspiration for the traffic planning and city design professionals who pay close attention to this field.The main research content is as follows.First of all,in the view of the deficiency of current classification system which attaches importance to technology classification and ignores the function of street space,this paper proposes a kind of matrix classification method considering the street traffic and space function.Then,it views the pedestrian traffic perception as the core factor,chooses traffic and spatial evlation index from this aspect,and explores street two-dimensional spatial evaluation method based on prospect theory.This evaluation results provide an improved direction for the optimal allocation of street space in the following chapters.Secondly,in order to allocate traffic and space activies scientifically and fairly,and analysis the interaction between the street space planning and traffic flow dynamically,this paper establishes a bi-level programming model which based on two dimensions from traffic and space.The upper model aims to maximize the utility satisfaction,which combines the traffic and street space constraint conditions,and optimizes the street space allocation;the lower model is the user equilibrium assignment model,which describes the path selction function based on the prospect theory,and reflects the interaction of street space and traffic flow distribution.The bi level model is solved by simulated annealing algorithm,and the final street space allocation value provides theoretical support for the following implementation of the policy..Again,for the sake of determining the actual economic beniefits of the optimal street space,giving the government suggestions on the optimization street space under different traffic flow,this paper uses evolutionary game theory,puts the equilibrium traffic flow data obtained above into the evolutionary stable conditions,and establishes the two-dimensional relationship evolutionary game model oriented street travel choice analysis.This model studies the investment evaluation of street construction under the influence of traffic flow,and gets the government strategy value under the different optimal cost condtion.Finally,the paper takes FuDong street as the planning object and verifies the scientificalness and rationality of the proposed model and method.This paper attempts to explore the theory and practice which helps transform the planning guidelines from simple function to the compound urban space.lt lays the foundation for the following research.
