Form Expression Of Contemporary Courthouse Study On The Image And Form Of Chinese Courthouse During The Judicial Reformation Period

With the deepening of Chinese economic reform,the social-economic model and government organizational structure and its function change,the transformation process of judicial system speeds up,its judicial image has also been updated.As the physical judicial spirit symbol,the form of courthouses changes sequentially.However,Chinese courthouse designing is facing with improper judicial image and unenlightened expression of courthouse form caused by judicial misunderstanding and conservative design concept.It is a duty for courthouse architects that to lead the new and right images of contemporary judicial system and to adopt interpretation technology with architectural creativity and execution,sequentially setting up correct image of justice,breaking the awkward situation of courthouses has the same form.This article will break those issues up into two parts as image understanding and architectural design methods,respectively from the perspective of jurisprudence and architecture.First of all,through the study of the historical evolution of domestic and foreign judicial image contrast of different legal systems combined with relevant national policies support,this article can put forward new images of contemporary Chinese judicial system.Secondly,new characters of courthouses can be defined under the analysis of the shaping reflection mechanism between judicial Image and court material characters.Thirdly,the situation of designing exhaustion in China is compared to the western society before and after World War.This article aims to find contemporary architectural image and concept by analyzing all kinds of new architectural trends.Finally,on the basis of analyzing selected global courthouse programs,this article is expected to learn excellent courthouse design methods and techniques combined with the new requirement of current Chinese courthouse.From the above,this paper bases on the contemporary practice and historical research,aims to find the current form of courthouse,establish a right image of courthouse in our country and filling up the gap between courthouse deign and the social background.
