In recent years,with the maturity of structural analysis theory and the application of high-strength material,the cable-stayed bridge has been achieved great development.It becomes a key point in the construction of the cable-stayed bridge to ensure the feasibility of construction plan and the safety of construction process,and to improve the quality and efficiency of construction.As a result of the popularization of BIM technology,the construction control of the cable-stayed bridge based on BIM technology comes into being.In this paper,on the basis of BIM technology and the theory of construction control,the Chaobai River bridge is studied from aspects of construction control and simulation analasis.At first,model families of the structural component and the temporary member are established respectively based on IFC,and the BIM model of the Chaobai River bridge has been completed.By using Revit software,the structural model families of the pile foundation,the bearing platform,the tower,the girder and the cable are established respectively,the whole bridge model of BIM can be accomplished according to the plane coordinates and space position of each component.Secondly,after the BIM model is imported into Navisworks software,the component models can be connected with time by using the function of TimeLiner,and then the 4D simulation of construction process has been achieved.Using the external program interface of Revit,the BIM model can be imported into Navisworks.Then,the temporal information is added to build the 4D model,the general scheme and the key procedure of construction can be simulated in the 4D model,thus the construction progress has been controlled effectively.Next,based on coding parameters of BIM model,a method of monitoring information integrated in the 3D model is proposed.According to coding parameters,there are many kinds of monitoring information integrated in the BIM model,such as the cable force,the elevation and the stress of the girder.The monitoring results show that the test values are in good agreement with the calculated ones,and the construction control can also meet the design requirement.Finally,a method of transforming from the BIM model to the finite element model is presented in the paper.The 3D model is exported to the format file of DXF by using the drawing function of Revit,and the BIM model has been transformed into the finite element model when the format file of DXF is imported into Midas Civil.Through numerical analysis,the reasonable finished bridge state and the construction state can be calculated,which provides theoretical basis for construction control.Taking BIM as the core technology,the visualization of construction process,mechanical simulation analysis and construction monitoring are combined together effectively,and the application framework of construction control based on BIM is put forward in the paper,which provides a new direction for intelligent control in large span cable-stayed bridges.
