With the rapidly increase of the number of container throughput in recent years,the problem of how to improve the efficiency of container terminals to loading and unloading goods has become a common concern,for that some new technologies was used in some ports.The load and unload the containers synchronously within the same bay is a new technology used by container terminals to improve the operating efficiency of loading and unloading operation.Compared with the traditional technology that the loading operation after the unloading,the new technology can take load and unload process in the same time,also improve t he using efficiency of container trucks and loading operation by keeping the container shore bridges and trucks loaded in whole process,it take a significant role in reducing the port operation costs.Although the process can greatly improve the utilization of the container bridge and the trunks,it will not carried out smoothly if lack of appropriate container stocking strategy,furthermore reduce the utilize effect of the new process greatly.Therefore,it is significant to select the appropriate strategy of container yard stocking for loading and unloading the containers synchronously within the same bay.Firstly,this paper analyzes the characteristics of loading and unloading the containers synchronously within the same bay,come up the suitable ship loading principle based on the loading requirements of the container ship which can take the same target port containers separated and keep the same number containers in a bay,provide more possibilities for the application of loading and unloading the containers synchronously within the same bay technology.Secondly,this paper analyzes traditional storage strategies of loading and rules of import and export containers,on the basis of this,fully researched the separate stacking strategy of same ship different containers region,same ship same bay and same ship different bay that coordinated with the load and unload the containers synchronously within the same bay,also analyzes container turnover principle and it's corresponding compared index,which takes a solid foundation for the compared analysis container yard stocking strategies.Thirdly,According to the theory of complex discrete event system modeling technology and conceptual model,establish a dynamic model of container logistics system and a conceptual model of handing systems of the container terminal of loading and unloading the containers synchronously within the same bay,based on these models build a simulation model of handing systems of the container terminal of loading and unloading the containers synchronously within the same bay with FlexTerm simulation platform.Finally,this paper takes the container yard stock strategies in a simulation experiment with FlexTerm simulation platform,analyzes thoroughly the effects of the efficiency of container yard stacking strategies of loading and unloading the containers synchronously within the same bay by the simulation data.The results show that under the same external conditions,the separate stacking strategy of same ship different containers region can be better adapted to loading and unloading the containers synchronously within the same bay.Meanwhile compared with the container yard of traditional handling technology,the separate stacking strategy of same ship different containers region of loading and unloading the containers synchronously within the same bay can substantially improve the efficiency of container terminal handling,thus can greatly shorten the berthing time of ship.
