“The great project,quality first” is the policy that is always adhered to in our country construction consistent.The management of project quality is an important part of project management work.In recent decades,the development of architectural industry in our country is rapid and the level of the quality of the project increase year by year,but at the same time,all kinds of engineering quality accidents appear more frequently,which is not only cause amount of economic loss,but also threaten the safety of lives and properties of the people,even influence the stability of the society.Because of the engineering construction is an extremely complex and comprehensive process,the characteristic of it is flowing production?different materials?changeful natural conditions and it has to cooperate with complex site,the factors affecting the quality is colorful and complex,how to accurately control the factors affecting the quality and confirm the factors affecting degree to a specific proposals the measures of quality control is an important way to ensuring engineering quality.Therefore,a priority for all engineering construction is ensure the engineering quality.This paper according to the characteristics of the engineering quality influencing factors to use the fuzzy fault tree analysis method to the engineering quality control.Firstly to introduce the development status of engineering quality control at home and abroad and analyze the characteristics of the engineering quality?the theory of quality control and the factors of quality influencing.Secondly to research the fuzzy fault tree analysis theory,and the most important thing is to discuss the use of fault tree analysis(FTA)theories in engineering quality control and establish the fault tree model.Finally to combine with an engineering quality accident to analyze and analyze the logical relationship between various reasons through layer upon layer analysis to find out the potential cause?indirect and direct causes,investigate the probabilities of various reasons and through the fault tree model to work out the importance of events to put forward more efficient measures of quality control.
