Construction quality is to ensure the basic conditions for effective use of thebuilding. China since reform and opening up, construction quality of the overallsituation is good, in the construction industry has always stressed the "long-term,quality first","well-designed, well-construction" of the policy, the large number ofhigh-quality project came into being. However, with increasing building size andspeed up the process of building, construction accidents also will be frequent,accidents will not only result in people’s lives and property damage, but will directlyaffect the subsequent commencement of the project, even sustained impact oneconomic development, rapid and healthy development and social stability.Therefore, how to avoid unnecessary economic losses and casualties, the engineeringaccident nipped in the bud is the focus of this study.In this paper, a case study of a large number of construction accident,construction accident, according to the reasons put forward by strengthening the inadvance, in the matter, after control to ensure process (Engineering) quality, ex postaccident treatment to advance quality pre-control and process control. And usuallythe quality of the feedback control is different from the starting point of this paper ispre-active control, combined with process control and post control to ensure projectquality. This paper studies the following aspects:⑴First analyzes the quality of construction accidents related concepts,characteristics, classification. Part of the project by the quality of the statisticalanalysis of the accident, summed up the quality of construction accidents that led tothe basic causes, and evaluation analysis. Accident research evaluation methodscommonly used, and compared the cause of the accident in the project qualityevaluation of strengths and weaknesses;⑵Study the traditional fault tree analysis of the basic theory and itsapplications, and study the basic theory of fuzzy mathematics, focusing on analysisthe different between the classical set theory and fuzzy set theory;⑶Depth study of the basic principles of fuzzy fault tree, by studying the fuzzy fault tree analysis method applied in related fields, will be introduced into theconstruction quality control, quality of the project and try to quantify the factorsaffecting the proposed fuzzy fault tree analysis active engineering quality method ofthought control;⑷With the construction of a Railway Station in mass concrete construction,the establishment of a method based on fuzzy fault tree analysis of cracks in theaccident active control model, a corresponding pre-control measures. Proved thatthese pre-control measures play a better role, making the large volume of concretecrack control in the allowable range, combined with process control, goodstewardship of the late commencement of the project.
