In recent years,with the rapid development of the demand for electricity and the urgent demand of green and clean energy,China has entered a period of rapid development of UHV power transmission and transformation project.As the key equipment of long-distance transmission system,UHV shunt reactor is mainly used for compensating reactive power capacity of power system and effectively reducing the dynamic voltage in the network.It could play a good part in the safe operation of the power capacitor,improvement of voltage waveform of system,quality of the power,and the safe and economic operation.With the increase of voltage and capacity,and the development of technical level of power system,the vibration and noise problem of the UHV shunt reactor is particularly prominent,and the vibration of UHV shunt reactor is mainly caused by the core vibration.The core problems of UHV shunt reactor are the main body vibration and obvious noise problem caused by the vibration of the core,which threats the safe operation of the equipment and power grid.This theory makes stimulation of the UHV shunt reactor core vibration in 100Hz,creates three-dimensional model of reactor core,carries out stimulation calculation of the electromagnetic force of core and yoke and the force of the iron components,such as clamp,pressing beam,magnetic shielding of active part,and so on.It also does transient vibration response analysis of the UHV shunt reactor as a whole,then gets the transient vibration force effecting on the reactor at each moment and the vibration displacement simulation data in each area.Through the study of the influence of core constraint number and constraint degree on the natural frequency of the core,calculating natural frequency of five order,and carrying out simulation analysis of the inherent frequency,then the natural frequency of UHV shunt reactor for each order can be obtained.Based on this,to suppress the UHV shunt reactor core vibration,five places compressing and stopping system is adopted.Through the research on the fatigue properties of core clamping structure material,the key parts of core clamping structure use special materials to improve the strength of core clamping structure.At the same time,suppress the core vibration by selecting reasonable flux density,core and yoke size,and selecting high-quality silicon steel with low hysteresis expansion rate.Finally,through the measurement of the vibration of the core and tank,comparison of the simulation results,verify the effectiveness of the vibration suppression measures.
