With the rapid development of power grid construction,annual power transformer production capacity,up to hundreds of millions of kVA,is increasing year by year.As main equipment of power substation,safety during the transportation and installation process between production and operation is the premise of normal operation of transformer.As to power transformer,especially equipments with high voltage and large capacity,velocity,transportation acceleration,slope and the internal gas pressure are the key parameter affecting the safety of transport.By transportation state parameters of power transformer we built a power transformer state model based on transportation speed,acceleration and so on,deduced a forecast mathematical model of impact acceleration in the process of transportation,and participated in a science and technology project of shandong electric power equipment co.,LTD.,which has developed a set of transportation status monitoring and control system of power transformer based on sensor technology,data communication technology,network publishing technology,mobile terminal application technology,which implements the transportation condition monitoring and abnormal alarming functions and put an end to the current situation of an off-line inspection.Main research content of this topic is as follows:1.Power transformer transportation monitoring status from both domestic and abroad is introduced,and analysis of hidden trouble which may influence power transformer transportation safety during current transportation is made,and the power transformer transportation monitoring and control system is designed;2.We described the overall solution including the system composition and functional features of power transformer transportation monitoring and control system;3.We developed the hardware part of system solution,which includes sensor data acquisition circuit,voltage regulated power supply,CPU peripheral circuit,short range wireless communication circuit,and described the circuit components selection and parameter selection;4.We developed the software flow chart of system solution,completed the communication programming between each module according to the communication protocol,and introduced the main functional modules of the program;5.According to close the technical features of wireless network,combined with the parameters of the transformer transportation safety requirement,we designed a proper network structure,determined the communication protocol between the various modules,and described the process of function execution;6.According to the requirements of the transformer transportation safety parameters,we built a power transformer model based on transportation speed,acceleration and so on and proposed a mathematical model to predict the impact acceleration value allowed in the process of transportation,and introduced the main monitoring interface of serve in details,and made the monitoring data analysis and summary.We continuously improved the monitoring and control system design and development from the start to finish,which has been applied in the transportation of company power transformer,and data collected from field is also used in the validation of the model.Transportation system consists of transformer condition monitoring terminal,acceleration recorder,monitoring service software,cloud server with the network address,etc.The terminal prototype passed examination of the national relay protection and automation equipment quality surveillance test center.So far,all application system are running normally.In March 2017 we received appraisal acceptance from shandong province technology department and system achieved domestic advanced level.
