As global warming and environmental pollution problem is becoming more and more serious,power industry demand for clean and efficient energy increase.Heavyduty gas turbine and combined cycle unit with the advantage of high efficiency,low pollution emissions,less land occupied and fast startup and shutdown,has an irreplaceable position in the field of thermal power,gaining increasing attention from the government.Control system in heavy duty gas turbine system occupies very important position,which is the key to the gas turbine performance and security,but at present our country still does not have own gas turbine control system,limited by foreign monopoly.To digest and absorb foreign advanced gas turbine control technology,studying and researching gas turbine control strategy is helpful for breaking through the foreign technology monopoly,and has important significance for the gas turbine control system independent development and localization of gas turbine.In this thesis,taking GE 9FA gas turbine as the research object,we analyze the gas turbine control system of GE 9F series.According to the function of control system,it is mainly divided into master control system,servo control system and sequence control system to research respectively.The master control system,which provides gas turbine fuel signal,contains eight control subsystems.Each of them can independently operate and generate fuel signal,but only one signals can be selected by the minimum selector as final fuel signal output,to control the gas turbine.In servo control system,the compressor inlet guide vane(IGV)control system can change the amount of air into the gas turbine to adjust the exhaust temperature of the unit,by changing the angle of IGV.Fuel control system is applied to the switch the combustion mode to improve combustion efficiency and reduce the emissions of pollutants.Sequence control system mainly cooperates with master control system to control each equipment during the starting up process of gas turbine and monitors equipment status in real time,to complete gas turbine startup automatically.To analyze the performance of gas turbine control system,we build the model of gas turbine.According to the physical principle and characteristic of the gas turbine,the model is built in the Matlab/Simulink platform,on the basis of modular modeling idea.In process of modeling,considering cooling system,the model of compressor and turbine is sectionally built.By comparing the model simulation results and design parameters of the gas turbine,accuracy of the model is verified.Finally,according to the gas turbine control strategy,we design the controller,and implement it in hardware controller of domestic control platform,triple redundant control system(TMFR).At the same time,the model of gas turbine is transplanted into TMFR,and connected with control system.Dynamic simulation experiment was carried out to verify the effectiveness of the control system of gas turbine,we can draw conclusions about the control system of gas turbine.
