The use of fossil fuel led to the deterioration of the modern people’s living environment;fossil fuel, which is a kind of nonrenewable resource,is facing crises.Electrical energy is a clean and safe energy and has been widely used in daily household, including new type of electric vehicles, unmanned aerial vehicles and others. But in today’s life and production, the electricity is often transmitted through the wire or stored by the battery for power supply, limiting the use of mobile equipment for electrical energy,so the wireless transmission of energy catches more and more attention of researchers. There are three kinds of wireless energy transmission schemes: microwave radiation, strong inductive coupling and magnetic resonance coupling.Because of the different principles of the three schemes, their working frequency, power capacity, transmission distance and efficiency are also different.Inductively coupled and magnetic resonance coupling is mainly used in short distance power transmission.Microwave radiation that has high focusing,is mainly used to long-distance power transmission system, and its application is wide.Based on microwave power transmission, this subject mainly researches on the X-band high power microwave solid-state rectifier.According to the theory of power dividing/combining,a compact rectifier prototype which can work at X band with an efficiency over 40%,and the highest efficiency can reach to 85%,is developed;the dc output power is from 3 to 5 W.In this paper, the main research includes:(1)Based on the spatial distribution of power system,a new type of radial-waveguide-finline-array power dividing network, which is compact, high power, low loss and multi-output,is designed;(2)The operation modes of radial waveguide and circular waveguide are analyzed, and a X band converter of circular waveguide TM01 mode to the TEM mode of a radial waveguide is designed;(3)In order to test the system,a X band converter of the coaxial TEM mode to the TM01 mode of a circular waveguide is designed;(4)Designs a second harmonic suppression filter: the second harmonic is suppressed, and the fundamental wave can be transmitted without loss at the same time.(5)Designs a new microwave rectifier circuit based on the radial-waveguide-finline-array power dividing network;the circuit is embedded in the slot of finline that improve the efficiency of the system.
