The environment is the foundation of human survival and development.Construction often damages the local ecological environment.Environmental degradation brought harm to human life.In today’s world,the call for environmental protection and sustainable development is growing louder.To protect the environment,and the construction is becoming more and more concerned with the environment.For a long time,many of the old houses in our country are made of clay bricks as maintenance or heavy materials,with green tiles or red tiles for roofing.Now,with the rapid development of China’s urbanization and the development of new rural construction,the discarded bricks and tiles that have been demolished have become solid waste,taking up land and polluting the environment.As a result,the number of discarded clay tiles is huge in China at present and in the future,and produces about 8×10^6 tons per year.And in fact,because clay tiles are all-weather and weather-resistant,these brick tiles have a certain strength and can be reused.It can be broken,graded,cleaned,slurry reinforced and replaced with natural aggregates as the aggregate of concrete.Porous concrete does not require high strength,and recycled brick aggregate itself has certain strength,can make low grade of concrete,can be used as a sand-fixation,solid earth,solid dike revetment material.Porous concrete porosity is usually between 18-25%,good waterproof,breathable characteristics,as a skeleton,fill in the gap base material and cover a layer of soil nutrition plant,both can reinforce the slope and maintain the green landscape,maintain the ecological balance,ecological benefits can have fully staffed.In this paper,abandoned brick as raw materials,analysis of recycled aggregate concrete application technology at home and abroad for reference,further study of the recycled brick aggregate porous concrete preparation,physical and mechanical performance index,and determined the simple alkali reduction measures,and vegetation slope protection experiment was carried out.(1)By measuring the apparent density of waste clay brick aggregate,bulk density,particle size distribution,moisture content,water absorption and crushing index of physical properties,such as recycled aggregate processing technology at home and abroad for reference,in view of waste clay brick microfracture,low intensity of particularity,developed for the preparation of recycled brick aggregate,strengthening process.(2)With isometric substitute cement dosage adding mineral admixture of fly ash,slagpowder,silicon powder preparation of ecological regeneration brick aggregate concrete,and carry on maintenance,Then,comparative study of different ages of different proportion of different admixtures of concrete internal void the influence law of p H value,and changes in28 days compressive strength values.Test shows that only mixed mineral admixture can reduce the regeneration of internal pore permeable brick concrete p H 0.5 1,28 day compressive strength less with slightly higher,the effect of silica fume is the most obvious.The powder coal ash,the slag is suitable to be mixed in 10% to 30%,the silica ash is suitable for the amount of 5% to 10%.(3)Acidic reagent FeSO4 solution equal to replace water dosage,preparation of ecological regeneration brick aggregate concrete,and carry on maintenance.I studied the different reagent dosage for the influence of 28 days compressive strength of concrete and p H value.Research shows that FeSO4 solution concentration in 0.25 mol/L-0.75 mol/L,with10% of FeSO4 solution instead of mixing water permeable brick of concrete better effects of alkali reduction,it can reduce the p H around 1,and promote the cement hydration,the concrete’s 28 days of compressive strength increased by 0.5 to 1MPa.(4)The design and manufacture of a semi-spherical mold is used to prepare the concrete unit of regenerative brick,and carry out the experiment of the slope planting.Hemisphere block specific surface area is big,the growth of plants to provide more area,surface pore also provide space for small animals inhabit,and block the space between the shrub growth,strewn at random have the landscape more conform to the requirements of the ecological slope protection.(5)The early stage of the comprehensive mechanical properties,water permeability and pore alkaline aqueous solution,the results of the study,study to determine the reasonable measures of slope protection technology in slope protection engineering test,observation records of plant growing.The long-term growth of plants is good and has a good ecological effect.Therefore,the reasonable construction quality standards and requirements are put forward,and the technique and technology of slope protection are formed.
