The investigation of transmission system promotes the whole mechanical field.The cycloid internal gear pump is widely used with more compact structure,lower noise,better self-priming performance,less parts,more suitable for high speed and so on.With the improvement of modern machinery’s speed,the influence of mechanism kinematic performance between the gap of kinematic pair becomes more obvious.this paper has carried on the dynamics investigation of cycloidal pump with the consideration of the meshing clearance on the basis of the predecessors.Firstly,this paper proposes a new method of two generating curtate epicycloid and the conditions of the formation of the same curtate epicycloid,the relationship between the actual tooth profile curve and the theory of tooth profile curve of curvature radius is introduced,the computational formula of the cycloidal tooth profile curve of curvature radius when in outer convex and concave is obtained,and analyses its changes by an example.Secondly,the 3D modeling of cycloidal pump is established by SolidWorks,And imports it into Workbench,the modal analysis is carried out on the cycloidal pump,getting the modal frequency diagram and its corresponding vibration mode of cycloidal pump;At the same time,the transient dynamic analysis is carried out on the cycloidal pump,getting the equivalent strain nephogram and graph and equivalent stress nephogram and graph of the institutions,and gets the inner rotor and outer rotor corresponding analysis.Once again,the paper analyzes the movement of cycloidal pump briefly,provides a method of calculating the radial force of internal rotor gear circumferential oil pressure,sets up the meshing stiffness model between the cycloid rotor,and analyzes the influence of breadth of tooth and curtate ratio on its value,introduces the impact pact of single degree of freedom system Simply,the methods of nonlinear elastic component function,establishes the nonlinear kinematic model of the three degrees of freedom system of the input shaft-rotor outer rotor-cylinder And simplifies the equation,the method of calculating the nonlinear model of cycloid pump rotor system,analyzes the influence of some parameters on the model,provides a theoretical support for its practical application and analysis in the future.In the end,the paper analyzes the vibration test of cycloidal pump with method of single-point excitation by the TST5912 dynamic signal test and analysis system analyzes the test results,getting experimental modal frequency of the cycloidal pump.Compared this result and the modal analysis of natural frequency value,verifies the credibility of the modal analysis and test result.
