Measurement accuracy of dynamically tuned gyroscope restricts the development of inertial navigation technology.To improve the measurement accuracy and reliability,achieve online monitoring,promote the development of inertial navigation technology,there is need to fully understand gyroscope model and its use.The paper uses the method of system identification to research and analysis gyro model deeply.After obtaining DTG closed loop simplify models prior knowledge,the paper gets more reliable data through improved intelligence analysis systems,applies improved maximum likelihood method and orthogonal subspace decomposition method to the dynamically tuned gyroscope closed-loop identification and makes experimental verification.The main contents are as follows:1.First,get gyro open loop model by analyzing the structure and dynamics equation of DTG,then obtain the simplified closed-loop model of DTG through analyzing decouple control and simplify rebalance loop.And then analyze the colored noise inherent characteristics of the DTG closed-loop system.Finally,design SPHS as the excitation signal applied to the DTG closed-loop identification.2.The paper built DTG intelligent analysis system,improved real-time control loop.By optimizing the pre-amplifier,power amplifier and data acquisition unit to obtain more accurate identification data;by building digital signal processing unit based on FPGA / DSP,to greatly improve data processing speed and real-time control;provided a good experimental conditions to get more reliable data for the subject.3.Detail the principle,steps,difficulties and numerical analysis of improved maximum likelihood method(BJRML)and orthogonal subspace decomposition method.Obtain high accuracy identification result and realize online monitoring through making DTG closed loop identification based on those methods.Apply identification result for fault diagnosis,digital rebalance loop hardware generation,to better guide the gyroscope design,production and work,improve the gyro`s accuracy.
