Smart grid has become the focus of energy development and will guide the future direction of development.Being an important part of smart grid,smart power consumption is closely related to electric power consumers.With the improvement of people’s living standards,the proportion of residential electricity consumption in social power consumption is increasing.It is necessary to lead users to reasonable use of electricity.With new energy resources’ accession to households,the mode of residential electricity consumption is changing.Under this background,the research of home energy management has become a hot topic.At present,many scholars have made some achievements in the study of home energy management.In this paper,based on the existing research results,the concepts,models and methods of the household energy management about intelligent electricity consumption in current literatures were compiled and summarized.In this paper,under the background of photovoltaic/battery hybrid generation model,price-based demand response and advanced measurement technology,the reasonable operation of household loads was arranged to meet user’s requirements,which can play the role of transferring loads and saving costs.Firstly,this paper introduced the advanced measurement technology and the demand response technology involved in home energy management system.Then,the design framework of home energy management system was presented in details.This paper also focused on the design of man-machine interactive terminal.The GUI interface of intelligent terminal was designed on MATLAB platform.Through the interface,users can see the forecast information of the next day and choose the operation mode according to their own needs,and can also set up the operation ranges of household loads and obtain the schedule of the next day.Secondly,household loads were classified according to their characteristics.Comfortable models of household loads were established based on load operation modes.The changes of household loads operation modes will have impacts on the lives of the residents.So the scheduling control strategy,which considers both spending satisfaction and comfortable satisfaction,was established,and Genetic Algorithm was used to verify its effectiveness.Then,in order to reduce the influence of forecast errors of both weather and real-time price,the energy scheduling considering forecast errors was proposed.Random sampling method and scenario reduction technique were used to deal with the uncertainty in the process of modelingFinally,due to the uncertainty of user behavior,the actual behavior of users for that day and day-ahead dispatch is not consistent.Users can conduct online correction through GUI interactive intelligent terminal.And an example was used to illustrate the process of correction.
