With the rapid development of automobile industry,people's demands on the function of the car more and more,comfort and safety factor has become an important reference for the people to buy the car.This requires a large number of cars to increase the electrical system to meet these requirements.In order to meet the needs of the rapid development of automobile production in China,automotive testing technology must take the international advanced level as the goal,in the process of introducing,developing and applying the advanced automobile detection technology,to promote the development of Chinese auto industry.And most of the domestic automobile factory in the automotive electrical system testing is still in the use of human operation inspection,through the operation of various electrical system functions to ensure the safety of the system.Therefore,how to use the modern,integrated testing system is the current domestic vehicle factory to consider things.In this paper,the research object for the corolla,the structure of the automobile electrical control system is analyzed.And the Corolla models drive control,brake control and vehicle electrical control system performance and to ensure that the project is analyzed and make a list.Through the analysis of the software in the detection system,the function of the software used in the detection system is studied and the software testing process is designed.The vehicle configuration of corolla models are analyzed,and the analysis of the corolla models need detecting of the engine control system,chassis control systems,vehicle electrical system test item and its parameters,and make an easy to understand the parameters of the table.Through the analysis of the process of vehicle inspection,analysis and draws the corolla detection system framework,through the research on the detection system required hardware,on the part of the hardware selection is based on are analyzed,and the hardware design work flow.Using the vehicle number,communication style,communication address analysis of results in detection software to edit process were design and analysis,and corolla models of various electrical control parameters of the system in the detection software for editing and design of the editing process.Through the analysis of the actual operation and the detection of the project,the order of the test items to achieve the optimization of the design.Afterwards,in the actual production,the design of the detection system of verification,according to the validation results show the for corolla models electrical detection system is feasible and worthy of popularization of the results.To prove that the research and development is successful.At last,the paper puts forward the prospect and the subject of the present detection system in order to realize the complete automation.
