| In the increasingly fierce market competition environment,product quality has become a key factor to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Transmission as a typical complex mechanical products,the whole performance by the design,manufacture and assembly of three links together to ensure.Among them,the assembly is the most important part of the transmission production process,the assembly results of each process have a great impact on the quality of the whole machine,therefore,it’s necessary to control the quality of the transmission assembly and establish a real-time,efficient assembly quality control platform.This paper mainly studies the dynamic control and prediction of transmission assembly quality.Based on the analysis of the transmission assembly process and assembly characteristics,this paper puts forward the functional requirements of the transmission assembly quality control system,and constructs the dynamic control and forecasting system of transmission assembly quality based on MES,The key technology in-depth study and analysis.Firstly,the quality control model based on the small batch production mode is constructed to deal the quality control problem of transmission assembly.Aiming at the problem of short-term small offset,an EWMA control graph model based on Kalman filter is proposed.For the detection of long-term large offsets,this paper refers to the standardization method of quality characteristic data based on similarity theory and tolerance band transformation,which improves the problem of insufficient data of low quality production.Secondly,in order to solve the problem of short-term assembly quality prediction,the PSO-BP neural network assembly quality prediction model is established,and the shortterm prediction of assembly quality is realized.Finally,based on the above theories and methods,this paper designs and develops a dynamic control and forecasting system for transmission assembly quality based on MES,and applies the system to the transmission with the application background of the double clutch transmission production process of an automobile joint-stock company Of the assembly activities,to achieve the desired results,in order to improve the quality of the transmission assembly provides a theoretical and technical basis. |
