Research On The Post Occupancy Evaluation In The Parks Of New Urbanization Region Of Tianjin

The new urbanization characterized by people foremost and emphasizing ecological and living environment has become the inexorable extend of the urbanization with the concept of its advance.And the living environment of the new urbanization region's improvement should be the emphasis in the construction.The construction of parks in the new urbanization regions play an irreplaceable role in the living standard's promote and meeting people's requirements of recreation of the region.This paper use Post-Occupancy Evaluation(POE)as the basic theory,and summarize POE's concept,implement methods and the research progress of domestic and foreign.Secondly chose three urbanization regions with different economics and urbanization level,and then chose one well-constructed typical park respectively: Wuqing Cultural Park,Yangliuqing Square and Huaming Wetland Park after the analysis of its green space and urbanization construction level.Analysis the usage degree of all the function zone with the method of behavior observation and questionnaire survey.POE theory can be the supplementary and adjustment to the traditional planning design methods.The theory can supply the planners' gap from the users' point of view.It can make the whole process of design be a sustainable development by the feedback mechanism.
