Power factor correction(PFC)converter was widely used in a variety of power electronic devices,Use PFC converter to improve power quality and enhance equipment reliability,is an important means to solve the current harmonic pollution caused by the power electronic devices on the power grid.Taking the traditional Boost PFC converter as an example,this paper introduces the working principle of PFC converter,the distribution of efficiency loss and the related characteristics of conducted EMI,and designs a practical power factor correction power supply.First of all,according to the existing literature,this paper analyzes the structure,characteristic and control method of the existing PFC circuit,and chooses the Boost PFC circuit based on the cost and other considerations.On the basis of this,the key parameter design method of bridge Boost PFC circuit is analyzed,and the design result is given.In view of the inductance of PFC,a detailed design process is given.A detailed loss analysis of the PFC circuit is carried out,and the loss model of the main components is established.The accuracy of the model is verified by experiments.Two methods to improve the efficiency of PFC circuit are given,and the experimental circuit is built to verify the effectiveness of the analysis.Secondly,this paper describes the concept of electromagnetic compatibility,analysis of the Boost PFC converter characteristics of conducted EMI.In this paper,the drain-source voltage of the MOSFET in the Boost PFC circuit is regarded as the interference source of the differential mode interference and the common mode interference,and the propagation paths of the difFerential mode interference and the common mode interference are analyzed.In this paper,the differential-mode capacitance is added to the rectifier bridge of Boost PFC converter.The equivalent circuit of differential-mode interference and common-mode interference is given.The differential-mode and common-mode voltage transmission is deduced.Gaia The structure and correlation characteristics of single-stage and two-stage filters are compared,and the filter design method of Boost PFC is given.At last,the necessity of thermal design of PFC circuit is analyzed,and the design and analysis of the heat disspation of the prototype are given.In the 115V input,the whole efficiency can reach 94%,harmonic current to meet the relevant standards.The experimental results show that the prototype has high reliability,high power factor and high efficiency,which shows the effectiveness of the design in this paper.
