Green building is the trend of the development of the construction industry,the development of green building in our country starts late,the corresponding green building technology is relatively backward,the lack of systematic technical strategy research.This paper from the green building assessment system to introduce the development of China's green building evaluation system,the "green building evaluation standards of Henan province" Regulations for analysis,interpretation of the strategy of green building technology from the corresponding regulations,from the evaluation terms transitional technology strategy,and research the existing in Henan province a number of green residential construction projects,compared to the use of the technology strategy project,combined with the selection principle of technology strategy,technology strategy to sort the priority,and gives the feasible strategy of green building technology,and provide reasonable measures,for each measure costs and incremental analysis,convenient building designers in green building design stage,provides the reference for the Henan province green residential building design,promote the development of green residential building.In this paper,the green building evaluation system as the starting point,the objective analysis of the green residential building applicable technical strategy.First,combing the relevant theoretical research of green architecture,introduces the development of green building assessment system,the main domestic and foreign green building assessment system and its advantages and disadvantages are analyzed;secondly,on the basis of "evaluation standard for green building in Henan" on thecombination of a plurality of green design strategies of residential projects,key points corresponding to the standard and technical strategies carried out a feasibility analysis;finally,combined with the regional characteristics of Henan Province,put forward technical strategies of green residential building a five-star,two star,and the feasibility of the scheme in the research,obtains quantitative results.
