The road frozen ice has become a major hidden dangers of road traffic safety in winter.The methods of removing road frozen ice usually include scattering ice-melting agents,manual or mechanical removal,but these methods are generally low efficiency and pollute the ecological environment along the road.Therefore,developing a new de-icing material and method which is high-efficiency,environmentally friendly has important practical significance.The thesis analyzes the road frozen ice formation mechanism from the both macroscopic and microscopic aspects and mechanism of de-icing,and investigates climate characteristics and the distribution of the road frozen ice in northern Guangxi.By contrasting and analyzing,choose NaCl,CaCl2,CaS04 and CH3COONa as de-icing agent,cationic emulsified asphalt as carrier,and then use high-shear emulsifying machine to mix,finally obtain coating A,coating B,coating C and coating D respectively.The rate that the coating release de-icing agent is related to the proportion of adding de-icing agent.The higher the proportion of adding de-icing agent is,the more de-icing agent the coating will release,and the higher the concentration of de-icing agent will be.The ability that coating A and coating B release de-icing agent is better than coating D,and the ability of coating C releasing de-icing agent is the worst in the four kinds of coating.By comparing coating A,coating B and coating C,it can be found that for inorganic kind of de-icing agents,solubility of de-icing agent has influence on the de-icing ability.If the solubility of de-icing agent is too small,it is not conducive to release de-icing agent,thus it will affect the de-icing ability of coating.Freezing test shows that,the de-icing effect of coating A and coating B is obvious,coating B basically has no de-icing ability,and the de-icing effect of coating D is poorer.Although the de-icing effect of coating B is good,its adhesion is poor.The de-icing effect of coating A is good,and its adhesion is also good.So coating A is the most suitable anti-freezing material,and the most appropriate proportion of NaCl is between 4%and 8%.
