According to the rigidity of pile of composite foundation,we can divide into rigid pile composite foundation and the flexible pile composite foundation.Because of the complexity of the bearing capacity and settlement deformation of the rigid piles composite foundation,we need to combine local geological conditions and carry out the application research of rigid piles composite foundation,promoting rigid piles composite foundation in China.This paper simplifies stratum assemblage of nanning basin,using the finite element software ABAQUS to simulate respectively 5 groups of rigid pile composite foundation in the different thickness of clay layer and different embedded depths of round gravel.The research conclusions are as follows:By studying that the thickness of clay layer exists an influence on rigid piles composite foundation,the paper thinks stress ratio of pile to soil of each model is moderate,which illustrates that the rigid pile and soil between piles take advantage of their own bearing capacity.When the load does not change,the settlement deformation of rigid pile composite foundation increases with the increase of thickness of clay layer.This influence is obvious.When rigid pile composite foundation chooses clay layer as bearing stratum,the thickness of clay layer should not be more than 6 m.Studying that the embedded depth of round gravel exists an influence on the settlement deformation of rigid pile composite foundation,when the load does not change,the paper reckons the settlement deformation of rigid pile composite foundation decreases with the increase of the embedded depth of round gravel.When the embedded depth of round gravel is less than a certain value,the embedded depth of round gravel has a significant effect on the settlement deformation of rigid pile composite foundation.Rigid pile in the embedded depth of round gravel should not be more than 8 m.
