Analysis Of The Landscape Design Of The City Mountain Park

It is approximated to be as large as two third of the entire China's territory is mountain land. As the mountain land is the key element of the majority cities in our country, Mountainous terrain is one of the significant portions of urban space. The mountain land, which survived from the vast urban expansion with high coverage of plants, is the last oasis of the urban environment protecting. It is worth to be dedicated to, not only exploiting the potential of mountain land reasonably to build a multi-functional Mountainous Park with different forms, but also satisfying the demand of the residents who are fond of diverse activity space.Take the landscape ecology, public psychology, urban planning and related discipline theory as a guidance, this article put forward a suitable principle for domestic city mountain park landscape planning based on comprehensive analysis of relevant literature and several field investigations of the existing Mountainous Parks in Hunan, such as Changsha Martyrs Park, Xiufeng Mountain Park, and Baiyun Mountain Scenic Area. And also come up with a design model aiming at the combination of natural landscape elements such a plants, water, topography and other artificial landscape elements.The main research results are located as below:Firstly, by analysis of the existing landscape situation of the mountainous parks, several general problems can be pointed out. The single plant community structure makes the ecological function worse, and single forest breed creating a monotonous landscape model because the plant varieties is not enough. Meanwhile, Green space is not rich enough so that multi-functional efficiency is not obvious.Secondly, this article mainly explores several crucial landscape elements of civic mountainous park (plants, water, topography, and other key elements). Through the researches of different mountain terrain to create diverse topographic landscape space; Arranging the water system systematically and reasonably to build dry creeks, flowers habitat and mountain rain collection cycle system combined with mountainous terrain; Matching plant varieties according to season phase and natural ecology, creating ecologic mountain planting patterns with lawn space, open forest space, forest thickets space (such as flowers habitat), aiming at shape a three-dimensional plant landscape.Thirdly, the Changning Inkstone mountain park will be designed based on actual conditions of climate, environment, and traffic. The whole design will put more emphases on ecology concept by using local plants and traditional culture by building more Patriotism Education Bases. Create water areas, forest bathing areas, sun lawns and flowers habitat viewing area to hold public recreational activities as well as paternity activities. Set special maple leaf corridor belt purchasing the pursuit of human harmony with nature. With the aesthetics consideration of the functionality, safety and economization, a cultural outstanding, resident satisfying and plants outstanding civic mountainous park can therefore be formed.City mountain park landscape design is a process of coordination between human and land, connection between the natural and humanistic landscape. Study of mountain city park landscape design can be conducive to adjust the structure of urban planning, improving the urban ecological leisure environment and the quality of people's life, achieving the purpose of sustainable development of city mountain park landscape.
