| First of all,along the direction of the practical application of intelligent cruise system,analysis and research in this article is mainly focused on the tracking man-mark function,which is to prevent the collision of ships against the bridge.The focus and difficult is how to analysis the cause of the accident more scientifically,grasp the rules and risk origin,and how to build the classification regulation mode which based on the risk assessment factors,and finally achieve the seamless track by implementing data fusion.Taking the ship hit the bridge accident as an example,using Delphi method and Risk assessment method based on Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to perform risk analysis.Using evaluation level method,it established the various regulatory level applicable risk factor,and determined the various regulatory level in ships circumstances.After the completion of the selected ship model,the tracking range would be effectively reduced,the manpower and resources would be saved,and the work efficiency would be improved.Furthermore,it combined with the daily supervision of the actual navigation safety,proposed tracking marker function setting,elaborated three ways of Tracking man-mark,those are the linkage tracking of existing data,the relay and continuous tracking of targets,and through the fusion of data from various sensors to achieve the gridding tracking.And it described the functional application business processes involved.For the future software development work,this paper provided an important theoretical basis,pointed out the way,laid a solid foundation for the theoretical research into practical applications,and the change of implement maritime supervision.Finally,it listed the problems and suggestions for reference in the process of development,summarized the research result,proposed research prospects. |
