There are many factors to ensure the safety of ship navigation,including subjective and objective factors.In the 1972's Convention on the international regulations.for preventing collisions at sea and the 1978's international convention on the standards of training,certification and on duty of seafarers,both elaborate the importance of visibility to the safety of ship transportation.And also discuss the relevant provisions of the ship in poor visibility and be timely alerted.Biomass burning will produce a large amount of Particulate Matter Emission into the atmosphere,not only bring bad influence to air quality,but also reduce the visibility and have certain security risks to the ships nearby.Compared with other biomass combustion,straw burning is more frequent,widely distributed,hardly monitoring,and the great impact on visibility due to the Particulate Matter Emission.Therefore,this paper choose China's developed shipping industry Yangtze River Delta region to carry out crop residue combustion detection test and receive a spatial and temporal distribution of crop residue burning.And calculate the PM2.5 content of fine particulate matter emitted by crop residue burning,simulate PM2.5 diffusion trajectories and analysis the influence of crop residue burning on visibility in the Yangtze River Delta,provide more safety information and protection for the ship traffic.The main work for this paper is as follows:1.Learning and understanding the effect of crop residue burning on visibility.Through reading a large number of domestic and foreign relevant literatures,understand the principle and the relationship between crop residue burning emissions.2.Learning and understanding the content of biomass burning emissions domestic and abroad.Through reading a lot of related studies about biomass combustion and crop residue burning emissions content operator,summed up the advantages and disadvantages of each algorithm and the use of methods.3.Based on the study of domestic and foreign fire or crop residue burning detection algorithms,understanding the crop planting and the burning of straw habits in many areas in China.Summarize the advantages and disadvantages of crop residue burning detection algorithm in China and abroad and the characteristics of China's straw burning.4.This paper took the Yangtze River Delta to test the crop residue burning detection.Based on China's crop residue burning characteristics,using remote sensing data and this paper's crop residue burning algorithm,take crop residue burning detection test in Yangtze River Delta region and obtain this region's crop residue burning temporal and spatial distribution data from March 2014 to April 2015.5.Calculate the fine particulate PM2.5 emissions from crop residue burning.According to the development of crop residue burning detection algorithm and crop residue burning emissions operator calculated the fine particulate PM2.5 emissions from crop residue burning,obtain the Yangtze River Delta region's crop straw burning of fine particles PM2.5 emissions space-time statistics data from March 2014 to April 2015.6.Simulation the drift diffusion trajectory of fine particle PM2.5.Use HYPLIST trajectory model to simulate the drift diffusion trajectory of particle PM2.5 during concentrated crop residue burning period.Analyze the influence of crop residue burning on visibility in the Yangtze River Delta,and discuss the safety of ship navigation under the condition of poor visibility.
