In the global warming,deterioration of human ecological environment,conventional energy resources shortage situation,the emerging energy photovoltaic power generation has been attached great importance and rapid development in the world.In the long run,photovoltaic power generation will eventually be distributed power supply into the electricity market,and part of the alternative to conventional energy;In the short run,photovoltaic power generation can be used as a supplement to conventional energy to solve the residential electricity demand of special rural areas,can be a source of income in rural areas,can also be used as an active power to social economic.It is of great significance in terms of environmental protection and socio-economy.Based on the analysis of the development status of photovoltaic power generation domestic and abroad and the combination of photovoltaic power generation and building,this paper found that distributed photovoltaic power generation which combined with rural building is suitable to popularization and application.There are three main promotion modes of rural distributed PV power generation,namely,BOT or BOO mode,PV-based poverty alleviation model and EMC mode,which concluded from the promotion of foreign distributed photovoltaic power generation mode and the new rural construction.Secondly,through the analysis of five factors,such as PV technology research,government PV policy,power market structure,socio-economic status,resources and environment conditions,combined with the existing three promotion models,summed up three new and suitable for new rural construction models of distributed PV power generation,namely,EMC model,PV-Poverty alleviation model and new EMC model,are generalized and quantitatively analyzed by using game theory and life-cycle theory in resources and environmental development role.On the basis of this,the factor analysis method is used to establish the regional condition analysis and evaluation model.According to this model,the government can analyze and appraise the development trend of the socioeconomic status and the resource and environment situation,and then choose the suitable extension model.Then,the paper uses the model to analyze and evaluate thedevelopment trend and comprehensive development trend of Hubei province from two aspects data: social economy,resources and environment from 2011 to 2015.The results show that the development trend of Hubei province is stable,socio-economic and resource environment development coordination,suitable for the choice of EMC model in the new rural construction in the promotion of distributed photovoltaic power generation.Finally,the paper puts forward relevant suggestions about the distributed photovoltaic power generation mode.
