Elution flow monitoring equipment for gas discharge pipe selection,taking into account the type,valve diameter,bleeding mouth shape and different pressure level under the transient current emission monitoring equipment for all kinds of large span,the price and installation,and many other issues of quantum limit.After repeated investigation,discussion and decision,according to emission pipeline flow,design two different elution flow monitoring device.Discharging pipe low velocity vortex flowmeter using a simple way of releasing traffic monitoring,and according to the conditions of the discharge pipe,with adjustable structure,applicable to different diameter pipe emission monitoring;large velocity discharge pipeline using Pitot tube type gas flow meter monitoring,the installation structure and the measuring value can be achieved the emission of tailored state monitoring,and real-time monitoring of gas emission pipeline emission status by remote signal.Large velocity discharge pipeline using Pitot tube type gas flowmeter for monitoring,the installation structure and the measuring value can be tailored on emission monitoring,and real-time monitoring of gas emission pipeline emission status by remote signal.Pitot type flow monitor is to release Beeto flow rate meter for the transformation of the prototype and the utility model has the advantages of simple structure,convenient use,manufacture,cheap,low maintenance cost,fast response speed,high precision,good long-term stability,wide range,can be resistant to instantaneous pressure,suitable for pipeline a variety of specifications of the diameter of the installation;drawback for the installation requirements of high speed and any deviation sections must be perpendicular to the direction of fluid flow will affect the test results.In order to determine the instrument coefficient two elution flow monitor,design and build the experiment platform,carried out experiments.The instrument coefficient characteristics of the same pressure and different flow points are tested by the field,and the instrument coefficient characteristics of the same flow pressure are tested,and the results are finally obtained.
