Private Museum Design Research Based On Localization

In recent years, domestic private museum buildings have sprung up in general. However, private museums with traditional museum building on the functions and characteristics of exist larger differences, coupled with existing domestic for private museum building on the positioning uncertainty, resulting in domestic private museum building design the function of the layout of a single, privacy with openness, no good combination, building image can not be the same as exhibits good combination. This will be one of the questions that the author will discuss in the thesis and design. Domestic private museum building in the design tend to ignore the combination with space environment and the native spirit, resulting in construction can not be firmly rooted in the local, which will be the analysis and solve another problem.In this paper, by analyzing the characteristic of the domestic existing private museum, functional components, as well as the different problems, combined with yunnan local and domestic and foreign typical private museum design case, analysis their respective advantages and disadvantages and existing problems, and how to solve the domestic private museum building in the new period with the problem of localization design closely linked. Combined with the temple road private museum project, in order to guide future private museum building type design.This paper first briefly introduced the research background, purpose, significance and general situation of the existing research both at home and abroad, make people for private museum building types have a preliminary understanding. Then combined with yunnan local as well as the typical cases of domestic and foreign relevant private museum design and analysis of their respective advantages and disadvantages, to later how the localization design theory to use in private museum architecture design. Finally combined with the practice of temple watts road private museum project, from the general layout, courtyard building, building form, materials and technology application localization in the design expression of private museum building.
