Study On Vehicle Un-Wheeling Repair Project Quality Management For Chengdu Metro Line.1

As an important part of the "smart city" construction system, the urban rail modernization and automation has increasingly become one of the important research directions of intelligent transportation. Therefore, the urban rail transit quality management improving and perfecting has become an important research focus of the current intelligent transportation system.So the project quality management technology will directly affect the quality of urban rail transit management. Nowadays, more and more project quality management technology is gradually applied to the quality control of urban rail transit.As one of the important means of urban rail transit, Metro has become the main way of travel for the people. And the maintenance and control of Metro electric vehicles is an important part of the subway maintenance business. Metro electric vehicle maintenance is divided for the maintenance and un-wheeling repair, especially un-wheeling repair, because of its long time continuing, high level maintenance, involving many factors and heavy maintenance tasks,its significance in metro vehicle maintenance services is particularly significant.Based on this, for example,this paper takes the existing allocation of Chengdu Metro Line 1 of 102 electric vehicle, by Zhongche group’s Qingdao Sifang Locomotive Vehicle Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries responsible for control of metro un-wheeling repair project management. The un-wheeling repair project.which combined with the project quality management segment mainly concept and definition,use project management model and focus on Chengdu Metro vehicles un-wheeling repair project quality management planning, implementation and coping strategies.In this paper, the Chengdu metro vehicle maintenance project quality management is divided into five parts. The first part briefly introduces the research background, significance, main research methods and research contents. The second part introduces the relevant basic theoretical knowledge system.
