In the construction industrialization process of advancing,light steel structure residential develop faster and faster with its high-strength lightweight components,reasonable function interval layout,efficient space utilization,good shock resistance,high degree of industrialization,green features,but,its supporting the envelope System and the connection development is insufficient,especially in the Jilin province scope.This paper Synthesis of jilin province own conditions,designs a kind of the exterior wall panels and a connection node between the outer wall panel and the main body,witch can met Jilin province residential building energy-saving design standard(65% energy saving)and the corresponding seismic load requirements.The design of exterior protection system and a kind of peripheral clapboard with supporting connected nodes are made of scale models,doing the mechanical properties of comparative tests.According to analyze the appearance and data of the experimental,get that the design of the exterior protection system has certain advantages in bearing and energy consumption.With ABAQUS software simulate the design of the outer wall system of the test panel,comparing with the experimental solution,getting them in the whole tends to match,indicating that the test results are reliable.Measure material actual heat transfer coefficient,getting design peripheral clapboard panel meet the requirements of the Jilin province region thermal.In the same residential building,for the reinforced concrete frame structure scheme and the light steel structure scheme adopting the exterior protection system designed in this paper,in the DEST software to do the overall thermal energy consumption comparison analysis and in the whole life cycle to consider the impact of economic factors comparative analysis,the light steel structure scheme adopting the exterior protection system designed in this paper have a slight advantage In the overall energy efficiency and overall cost.Therefore,the design of the exterior protection system in this paper has a certain promotional value.
