In the last ten years, the economic has developed rapidly in Africa, the construction of railway in North Africa is also promoting actively, a number of North African countries have paid great attention to the development of railway technology of China, repeatedly expressed willingness to purchase, but before 2010, due to freight wagon in our country have not yet entered the market of North African, and many countries take an attitude of wait-and-see. To take further explorement of the international market, CRRC Meishan CO.,LTD and the Morocco National Railway Company signed the contract of export of a load of 58T of ballast hopper wagon car in 2012. According to the requirements of contract, the vehicle must be in accordance with the UIC (International Union of Railways) standard to design, vehicle must be assemble with unloading device, flat slab ballastless device and its control system, the level of this technical is the advanced in the international and be the Domestic initiative, and it is also the first time for the railway wagon of China enter the non railway market of North africa. Morocco is located in northwest Africa which has strong economic strength,and the vehical successfully applied into the country's railway has great impact on other North African countries, it must laid a good foundation to the China Railway wagon get into North Africa railway market.Based on the analysis of the research of both at home and abroad development of railway wagon technology, combined with the demand of the user and the study of use of technical conditions to put forward the general technical scheme of new stone ballast hopper wagon, the reasonable selection of the main structure form of the vehicle and the main technical and economic indicators to determine the design of the overall size of the vehicle, the vehicle chassis,and the structure of the side wall, the end wall, flat and unloading ballast device. The scheme put forward the innovation of unloading, flat ballast integrated structure,which with simultaneous unloading, ballast function, improve the efficiency and safety of vehicles.On the basis of the design scheme, this thesis uses the finite element simulation software to analyze static strength and fatigue strength,which prove the rationality,feasibility and reliability of the technical program; and take the manufacturing prototype tested,which take further test and verify the accuracy of finite element of the calculation results and the actual performance of the product meet the requirements of the relevant standards. The structural reliability of the flat ballast mechanism are analyzed, and puts forward a leading of global technical of molding device urst flat slab; at the end of thesis has analyzed economy of the new stone ballast hopper wagon.Research of new stone ballast hopper wagon not only filled the blank of the integration of railway ballast ballast unloading trucks and equipment aspects of the product in the research of transportation equipment in our country,but also provides the support of technical for the upgrading of equipment in the maintenance of road construction equipment integration, the high railway freight wagon has the professional level of the reference value in our country.
