At present,the major commercial vehicle manufacturer production has truck cab over engine in China,most of engine are decorated under the cab.And in order to increase the sealing of the cab and to improve the overall bridge strength,in addition to the double row models,single row and row house are half car white body floor all basic design for integral structure.In order to facilitate the engine overhaul and maintenance,the bridge must be designed to front flip structure.For larger weight truck,flip agencies generally adopts hydraulic flip.the front and rear suspension bearing and hydraulic transmission system are the important parts on Hydraulic flip institutions,suspension before and after the strength of the bearing quality directly affect the service life of the system,and even affect the driver's driving safety,at the same time also affect driving comfort.With the rapid development of auto industry,people is higher and higher requirement for the quality of the car,especially with the improvement of people's living standard,the demand for trucks and focus is not just for the cargo,the quality requirements of the truck,and the driving safety and comfort of the vehicle has the very big enhancement,the automobile enterprise,constantly improving the quality of the vehicle,fast and efficient,reliable and low cost in terms of product design,become the important way of enterprise more competitive.Flip system traditional design calculation method have been unable to meet the requirements of modern design.The advent of the computer and the rapid development of the finite element method for the structural design of the auto parts,as well as the calculation and analysis of components performance brought new revolution.Through the finite element stress analysis was carried out on the reverse mechanism analysis method,to improve the performance of the parts and each part to enhance market competitiveness and so on all has the very vital significance.A medium-sized truck cab,the author of this text,according to the actual work of the situation,according to the frame and the size of the bridge,to flip system structure design.Optimize the suspension bearing before key parts design and strength analysis.In the finite element software “Hypermesh ”front suspension bearing finite element model is established,and import the finite element analysis software “ABAQUS”,the front suspension bearing the corresponding boundary conditions and load conditions,the statics analysis.Finally the hydraulic system for five months of road test,the load of flip mechanism and properties of the front suspension bearing the comprehensive test research,in this text,the reverse mechanism was verified the correctness of the design and finite element analysis.The completion of the project,a systematic hydraulic flip and front suspension bearing design and the finite element statics analysis,application of three-dimensional design software and finite element analysis software,the optimization design,make the hydraulic turning system better meet the use of the car,to avoid the late a lot of design improvements,shorten the product development cycle,reduce the product research and development costs,improve product competitiveness.Used in 3D design method and the finite element analysis process can be applied to other models flip of related research,and provide a certain amount of experience.The subject of further optimization of front suspension bearing related size and vibration modal of the study have reference value.
