At present,infant incubator is the essential armarium to the infant Department of hospital.The main function of infant incubator is that it can provide a environment which has clear air and appropriate temperature. Especially,it can provide a growth environment that is similar to the matrix to the premature infant and sick baby,which can ensure better treatment,so baby will growth healthily.Meanwhile,infant incabutor is a equipment that must be closely monitored.Accroding to some information that was provided by hospitals and articals which we found from network,we got a conclusion that infant inbacutors sometimes may be out of control during use.If it is out of control,baby will be in danger,even more serious. So we put forward this design to provide a safe and reliable growth environment for babies.The design includes two parts:the upper computer and the lower computer. The upper computer is based on PC and we design the monitoring configuration interface on the configuration platform, the lower computer is a completely independent of temperature monitoring system which is designed in each infant incubator. Finally, we achieve the communication of upper machine and lower machine by the RS-485 bus and Modbus protocolThe design includes hardware,software and the monitoring interface. The hardware circuit includes control board whose core chip is the ATmega8 and temperature acquisition unit using DS1624 as the temperature sensor and RS-485 bus interface. The software is temperature acquisition code and communication code using the C language. In this design,there are five temperature acquisition units which include two infant body temperature acquisition units and three box temperature acquisition units in each infant incubator. The incubator is connected to the PC through RS-485 bus and Modbus protocol, the monitoring interface and alarm were produced using the Kingview software so that it realizes temperature monitoring of the infant incubator.The purpose of this design is to ensure that under no circumstance can the infant incubator monitor the baby's body temperature and the temperature inside,wh ich is to ensure that the infant incubator is safe and reliable.It has been verified by the experimental results,the system meet thedesign requirements,to the baby body temperature and environmental temperature of the incubator for centralized monitoring,if there is abnormal situation will trigger the alarm immediately.
