With the development of Smart Grid, high-voltage distribution network plays an important role in the development of urban electric network. For meeting the needs of economic development of Hegang,combining rapid development of economic development zone and power quality in residents lives to seek rapid growing electricity situation, solving unreasonable situation of Grid Network in Hegang,the work of 110 KV distribution network optimization is carried out. According to the planning of distribution network optimization in Hegang, on the bases of “The 12 th Five Years Plan” of distribution network planning and rolling of Hegang, further optimizing the network grid structure,reselecting data information in project gallery,it has great significance to optimize and improve quality of distribution network construction, to carry out the work of Distribution Network Optimization from 2015 to 2020.This subject is on the basis of sufficient understanding and analysis of current situation of power grid in Hegang city,combining with specific implementation of the power grid optimization and the advanced design concept of the power distribution system in China and abroad.According to the relative regulations, this subject evaluates the indicator of variousthe power grid operations, uses several logical calculation methods to analyze power demand, and determines the regions for power need.This subject builds a regional power network model with Power World Simulator and cooperates with State Grid Corporation Regulatory Integration System CC2000 A, in order to logically analyze and verify the power flow calculation and short-circuit current,propose and verify the priority construction project in supply district, reasonably distribute the power source points, strengthen the capacity of power supply, optimize the grid structure, improve the level of equipment, reduce the weak links, and eventually make the overall goals achieve the expected effect.
