The gear box is an important component of transmission system, to support and damping effect on the reducer operation, its performance directly affects the smooth operation of the whole transmission system, must have sufficient strength and rigidity. Compared with the traditional casting gear box, the research on the gear box of the welded structure is relatively few.Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the mechanical properties of the ATB260(Angle Gear Transmission Box 260) reducer of the vehicle mounted drilling machine, such as the high power welded structure gear box, and so on.Mainly aimed at the ATB260 reducer box, the static analysis,stiffness calculation, modal analysis and other working performance analysis are carried out.According to this model the structure of the reducer and driving conditions, the load of the transmission gear and the shaft and bearing load are calculated for box,the maximum axial force of the box body is obtained at the input end of the main shaft.Under the action of the maximum axial force, the theoretical calculation stiffness value is /4.397 mN ? of the box;The maximum axial force is the load condition to carry on the finite element static analysis to the box,obtained stiffness value is /4.415 mN ? of the box;the relative error between the calculated value and the theoretical value is 4.55%,The finite element analysis and the application of the traditional theoretical calculation method are verified, which provide the basis for the analysis of the stiffness of the box parts.The loading of static finite element analysis of box under normal condition, the maximum deformation of the maximum axial force under the action of only more than the theoretical calculation of large deformation 0.006 mm, further verify the correctness of the finite element model of the box, the maximum stress value is 77.83 MPa, meet the requirements.Based on the functional model of the above stiffness analysis, the modal analysis is carried out on the box, and the first 8 order natural frequencies and mode shapes are obtained.Through the analysis of the map and the deformation mode, get in the body of weak vibration characteristics of bearing sleeve of the power input end of the driven bevel gear, to provide theoretical basis for the design of the box structure after improvement;Through its natural frequency and meshing frequency comparative analysis to the case, the box does not produce unstable working factors due to resonance.The correlation analysis on the ATB260 reducer, has certain reference significance to further improve the performance of the reducer, at the same time, it provides a theoretical foundation for the research and design of the performance of this kind of welded structure.
