At present,the domestic enterprises lack of effective method in the preliminary design of the structure.The structure which is designed is mainly based on imitation and experience,which makes the structure designed lack of innovation.For product innovative design,this paper presents a design method based on the simulation,and applies this method to bogie fatigue testing in the design of the mechanical structure,make some design experience.In this way,this paper conducts the main research work as follows:1.Taking bogie fatigue test bench as the research object,by the topology optimization technique,complete the design of the initial structure of gantry.First accomplish the base frame of the whole of gantry.Then by optimization design software Optistruct,the initial mode of gantry was built.Through the method of changing density,the target model topology optimization is calculated for many times,obtain a group of similar gantry frame.Then analyzed the structure,the initial design of the gantry structure was completed.2.By the finite element software Ansys,the initial structure of gantry was analyzed and developed.In order to be sure of the reliability of the gantry,the initial structure of gantry was analyzed in Ansys Workbench platform.Through simulation of gantry under actual conditions of stress,strain and deformation condition,found out the stress distribution rule and the main stress concentration area,and got the inherent frequency and vibration mode in the gantry,provided the basis for the improvement of subsequent gantry structure.By improving the structure,finally met the design requirements of the gantry structure3.Using the above method,the structure of fixture was designed and analyzed.First fixture base structure was designed,and then the topology optimization models of the important components of fixture were built.Through the method of changing density,topology optimization calculation of the target models was carried out for many times and then got the similar clamp topology.In refer to topology results,obtain the initial fixture structure of the main components.By the finite element software Ansys,finite element analysis was carried out on the fixture and then carried on the improvement of structure.Finally finish the design of main components of fixture structure.In this study,to analyze driver design concept as a guide,through the combination of CAE and CAD,at the same time of saving material,material with the distribution form of gantry and fixture structure is more reasonable.Research shows that the method can be used in the design of structure of gantry and fixture.According to the design of similar products,it also has a certain reference significance.
